The agreement between you and SourceCompounds when you place an order.

1. Agreement
These terms govern your purchase of products from SourceCompounds, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. Placing an order means you accept them and the Research Use Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 and legally able to contract. You represent that you are a qualified researcher, or supervised by one, and that material will be used only for laboratory research and never administered to humans or animals.
3. Research use only
For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics or medical devices, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Any use outside laboratory research is a breach of these terms and is undertaken entirely at your own risk.
4. Orders and pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect intended human or veterinary use. Prices are in USD and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is the price charged. Where an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel and refund in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout, processed by our payment provider. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
6. Shipping and title
See Shipping. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Transit estimates are the carrier's and are not guaranteed.
7. Returns
See Returns & Refunds. Opened or unsealed vials cannot be returned.
8. Warranty and disclaimer
We warrant that material conforms to the specification in its lot-specific Certificate of Analysis at the time of shipment. Beyond that, products are supplied "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Determining suitability for your application is your responsibility.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost research data.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] against claims, damages and costs arising from your use, storage, handling or disposal of material purchased from us, or from your breach of these terms.
11. Compliance
You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your purchase, possession, use and disposal of the material, including import and export controls.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that governs it. Last updated 5 August 2026.
