What to include
Email is the fastest route. Include your order number and, where it is about material you have received, the lot number printed on the vial. That lets us pull the exact analytical record for your batch on the first reply instead of the third.
Response times
We answer within one business day. Messages arriving at a weekend or on a U.S. federal holiday are answered the next business day.
