What we collect

Payment processing
Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Card data is transmitted directly to them and is never stored on our servers. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Advertising and analytics
We use the Microsoft UET tag to measure the performance of advertising campaigns. It may set cookies and collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed and whether you completed a purchase. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and via your browser's cookie controls.
Who we share with
We share only what is necessary, with: our payment provider, shipping carriers, and advertising and analytics providers as described above. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed to run the business and meet tax and legal obligations. Marketing data is kept until you opt out.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of its sale or sharing (we do not sell it). To exercise any of these, email support@sourcecompounds.co and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 21 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
