Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is generated.

Packaging

Material ships as a lyophilized powder in a sealed vial, packed to protect against light and physical damage. The lot-specific Certificate of Analysis is available for download from the product page — keep the lot number from your vial to match it.

On arrival, store in accordance with the storage conditions listed on the product page.

International orders

Research chemicals are subject to import controls that vary by country. Contact us at support@sourcecompounds.co before ordering from outside the United States. The recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes and customs clearance, and for confirming the material may lawfully be imported.

Problems with a delivery

If a package arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time of the carrier's estimate, contact us within 7 days of the delivery or expected delivery date and we will resolve it. See Returns.
